Business Team Leader

Role Purpose:
The primary function of the Business Team Leader is to supervise, monitor, coordinate, control and evaluate the day to day front office operations and activities of the practice/site.
Ability to work harmoniously with physicians, patients, and employees in a professional manner.
Ability to express oneself well both orally and in writing, aware at all times that the patient's needs are of utmost importance.
Daily, on-site leadership is required to ensure consistent implementation and follow-through with initiatives, accountability, and practice goals.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Associate's degree or Diploma School program in business or health related field required
1 to 3 years of technical experience required
1 to 3 years of supervisory experience required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
