We are looking for a data-nerd, inbound marketing guru to join our growing team! This role is responsible for managing all inbound efforts - attracting new prospects and finding the sweet spot for conversion that drives revenue. This job is focused on strategic management of our inbound marketing efforts. From managing our SEM/SEO agencies to web optimization, you will own inbound.

Our company is on an aggressive growth path, and inbound demand generation is key to our success. In this role, you will be supported by great content, creative, media and marketing automation - and this critical role is to ensure the leads flow in. Experience in SEM and website optimization a must.


  • Drive paid strategies in tandem with agencies to drive company revenue and maximize budget

    • Paid strategies inclusive of Google, display networks, LI, retargeting and other recommendations

  • Manage SEM agencies to ensure on-target performance and continued improvement.

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

  • Conduct multivariate testing to increase the efficiency of managed campaigns to attract targeted demographic and increase quality conversions.\

  • Implement and recommend rich content from Creative & Content Marketing that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on campaign performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

  • Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 4 - 6 years of direct experience in PPC and digital marketing management

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers. HubSpot experience preferred.

  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.

  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing).

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.

  • Wordpress or Drupal experience

  • Bonus skills: AdWords / Bing certification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
