NETWORK MANAGER:-
Provides strategic direction for the protection and ongoing support of the organizations security infrastructures.
Identifies and recommends security infrastructure solutions to meet changing technology needs, as well as the changing business environment.
Develops and implements policies and procedures to insure the confidentiality, integrity, safety, and fortification of all information technology infrastructures.
Will manage a team of six, including CCNP-certified engineers, access admins and project managers.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Ten or more years of experience in Information Infrastructure/Network and Security technologies.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Security) certification or equivalent
Essential Duties:
Acts as the central point of contact for all inquiries pertaining to networking, and security infrastructure problems, issues and concerns.
Manages Network and Security Administration and Security Architecture staff members
Monitors problem tickets and Information Technology requests to insure adequate response times and proper resolutions are being provided.
Maintains and monitors the security infrastructure to insure no unauthorized access, modification or destruction of data.
Understands fundamental business activities and recommends appropriate solutions that support strategic, tactical and operational objectives on a cost effective basis.
Advises senior management and provides ongoing support for all major related initiatives.
Reviews and recommends security guidelines for new development and technology implementations.
Represents Security infrastructure interests by participation on internal Information Technology oversight committees.
Establishes, monitors, approves, and publicizes corporate security policies, standards, and best practices on technical infrastructure and security awareness programs.
Leads and participates in the investigation and correction of information security breaches, prepares analyses of incidents and recommends prevention plan.
Responsible for review and completion of IT security audits, Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, external Requests for Proposals (RFP) and other IT security related contractual documentation.
Manages, provides guidance and monitors work performance of staff.
Monitors security infrastructures to insure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Creates and monitors the annual budget and capital requests for department.
Required Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with emphasis in Information Technology or related field.
Seven years of relevant progressive and thorough Information Infrastructure experience including Security and Network technologies.
Two or more years management experience in a technical infrastructure capacity.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA Security) certification or equivalent. CCNP strongly preferred.
Strong business and personnel management principles.
Highly effective analytical, decision making skills.
Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Ability to investigate complex business problems and develop effective recommendations.
Ability to negotiate, present solutions and resolve problems in a highly professional and tactful manner.
Highly organized and able to set priorities.
Highly effective management skills and ability to obtain department goals and objectives.

- WAN/LAN, Network+, Windows Servers, SQL, VOIP
- Desktop, laptop, network, & teleconference set-up and software installationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
