Windows ServersIIS administration/troubleshooting experienceLoad Balancing for web app environment OR Big IPVMware - basic administrationActive DirectoryDNSPowerShell scripting & automation Additional Details There will be an on-call rotation, which will consist of 1 week every two monthsCandidates MUST be able to pass a credit check - this non-negotiable.
There will be a list of required questions that MUST be answered and provided along with each submittalThe right resource will have a strong customer focus, with solid communication and presentation skills Job Details & Scope This position provides technology support for both internal and external clients.
Under general direction, maintains complex high-availability web hosting environments with respect to system integration, access, performance and security.
Maintains existing server based platforms and ongoing maintenance of infrastructure and client systems.
Troubleshoots network, hardware, and software related issues.
Support of existing standards and processes.
Interacts with management and cross functional team members to provide excellent customer service.
Able to align business unit issues to technology offerings.
Promotes team productivity by sharing industry best practices and adopting these approaches.
Takes proactive approach and finds opportunities to train and mentor others in the team.
Perform root cause analysis, quickly identify trends and recommend possible solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

years' experience as a Windows Server Administrator and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, server configuration and setup, and security practices.
Understands the rigors of a 24x7 hosting environment and able to maintain positive outlook during stressful situations.
