Answering incoming calls & making outbound callsData entry for accounts payableData entry for accounts receivable Assisting with PayrollJournal entries Collections Filing and other administrative tasks Phones and filing will be 50% of this position Other
Qualifications:

years related experience in data entry in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experienceAA degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance desired Customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook & Word10 Key proficiency Organized and detail orientedHigh level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency billing, accounting, invoicing, accounts payable, ap, quickbooks, accounts receivable, ar, office assistant, adminAbout the Company:
