We are headquartered in Fenton MO with remote offices in Indianapolis and Ft.
Wayne Indiana.
Our 125 employee-owners sell, service and support our equipment offering.
We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded Accounting Manager to contribute to our long-standing track record of successful growth and expansion.
This position will report to the CFO, be involved in all aspects of the accounting department, and support our employee/family focused culture & brand promise to deliver exemplary customer service.
Job responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable; Payroll processing; Auditing and Reconciliations (e.
g.
, credit cards, expenses, suppliers, etc.
) Financial analysis and reporting; Development and control of internal procedures; Preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management; Tax preparation; ESOP valuation and compliance; Management of accounting personnel; Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management; Support and back-up CFO in preparation of financial statements; Cash management; Budgeting and Forecasting.

Qualifications:
3 years minimum experience in middle market company accounting management; Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Exceptional Excel Aptitude; Accounting, Finance, or related degree; Ability to multi-task; Organized; Strong attention to detail; Strong communication skills; Proven leadership skills; High energy and positive attitude; ESOP, distribution, and/or commercial food service equipment experience are all pluses.
This is a Permanent Full-time position.
(Limited travel may be required).

Pay Range:
$75K-$85K About the Company:
