MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 3
years of administrative support experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and writing and grammatical skills.
Must have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of personalities.
Must have the ability to handle a high paced environment with a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Intermediate knowledge of office procedures and software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support for the service department.
Receive and route incoming customer calls.
Schedule service department manpower and dispatch workorders to electricians.
Maintain fleet records and licenses.
Process billings, weekly timecards, invoice tracking and payments.
Monitor and track fuel usage.
Coordinate permitting and inspections.
Assist with collections.
Maintain customer master data and respond to customer inquiries.
Assist with job set-up and updates in payroll and accounting systems.
Compose and/or edit letters, memos, reports, procedures, etc.

Process day-to-day administrative items (e.

expense reports, supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, operating budgets, etc.
).
Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
