Louis area and beyond! We are looking for a detail orientated person to join our growing team as a Warehouse Manager.
This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts efficiently.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Warehouse Management:
Coordinate receiving, storing, and distribution of parts to Installation and Service teams.
Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Inventory Control:
Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management review.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect incoming and outgoing parts for quality and accuracy.
Develop and enforce quality control procedures.
Address any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or warehouse operations.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and inventory processes.
Implement efficiency measures to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
Train staff on safe handling procedures and use of equipment.
Investigate and report any safety incidents or hazards.
Qualifications and Requirements for this position:
Proven experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
