Position Overview:
The Shipping Clerk will perform verification of incoming product from suppliers or contract manufacturing partners and returned consignment or loan inventory.
Responsibilities include quantity verification, lot number verification and modification, as required, and creation or maintenance of applicable ERP system records.
Will assist inventory control personnel in replenishment or shipping tasks, as needed.

Correctly utilize an inventory management system and maintain appropriate work documents.
Pull material to work orders and stage material within designated areas as necessary.
Label incoming raw materials with proper part numbers.
Correctly count product and perform counts to maintain an accurate inventory.
Ensure compliance to inventory and quality processes and procedures.
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are job requirements.
Assist other employees in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary.
Record and perform physical count of inventory.
Monitor current inventory problems and report findings to inventory Manager/Supervisor.
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Follow company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Shipping/Receiving- Use FedEx Manager and UPS to ship packaging to customers.
Packaging of products Receiving in items and reconcile against purchase orders.
Qualifications & Skills:
REQUIRED:
Education:
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience and/or education.
Math and Reasoning Ability:
Must be able to accurately count and analyze inventory.
PREFERRED Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility are essential for this position.
Excellent attention to detail in work required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to work independently and in team environment.
Ability to stay focused and detail oriented in a fast paced, collaborative environment ERP System knowledge is preferred (Sage X3 beneficial, not required).
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
