Job Description:
We have a great opportunity open within Wise F&I's Contract Administration department, the CSR-Cancellation Specialist role and would love to have you fill it.
The CSR, Cancellations is responsible for processing all inbound contract cancellation requests as well as contract data entry and scanning, along with other duties as assigned.
Working at a sit/stand desk with dual monitors, using our contract administration system and Outlook, this role processes requests that come in via fax, email or phone call and ensure accurate processes are executed to help meet cycle time and customer service targets.
This position can be a springboard to higher level roles within the company that include increased responsibilities and compensation over time with a proven performance track record.
We have many examples in the business currently of just that.
The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses strong customer service abilities with great typing skills and is a recent college graduate; or, someone with a few years of administrative/customer service experience working in an automotive dealership, repair facility or the insurance industry that wants to take the next step in their career.
