Kind Goods has been awarded licensing to operate three dispensaries.
We aim to provide the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our retail dispensaries in the St.
Louis, MO region.

Inventory Specialists are responsible for inventory control including the receiving, reconciling, weighing, and verifying of inventory batches; Separating, weighing, packaging, labeling and tracking products efficiently and effectively.
Responsible for the tracking of each batch, making sure that all products are accounted for, packaged appropriately and documented on all forms and automated systems appropriately and in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and local laws and regulations.
Ensures all inventory maintains a strict daily reconciliation.
Requirements ? Must be 21 years of age or older.
? Minimum of 1 year of Inventory Management experience.
? Possess a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
? Must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications ? Working knowledge of the cannabis industry and the associated federal, state, and local municipal laws and regulations is a plus.
? Qualified applicants have an aptitude for comprehending compliance and the ability to adhere to a regulatory framework.
? Must be detail-oriented and organized.
? Must be proficient with counting and simple arithmetic ? Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player.
? Must be able to work quickly and efficiently throughout the day.
? Able to work a flexible schedule.
Duties and Expectations ? Daily reconciliation of all marijuana, and marijuana-related products.
? Weigh/Count all inventory manifests for accuracy and compliance.
? Properly note all packages and increments for inventory reconciliation.
? Print labels for each package ? Complete nightly report with any discrepancies or errors that were reported.
? Enter strain, batch, package ID, weight increment and quantity information.
? Follow the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance with the company's mission, vision, goals, and objective.
? Exhibit consistent processing technique, tracking and meeting of production goals.
? Exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing/packaging cannabis.
? Clean up and sanitation of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day and as needed.
? Work well with others and be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique.
? Create a proactive and positive environment; a positive attitude and self-motivation to help produce high quality cannabis for patients, while meeting and/or exceeding personal and/or company goals.
? Research, evaluate and adapt to new methods, in order to meet or exceed goals.
? Engage basic organizational capabilities, as well as be able to run basic computer tasks.
? Manage time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.
? Follow basic instructions and implement corrective measures to help maintain quality standards and production goals.
? All other duties as assigned.
