Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare various types of food products according to company standards and recipes - Cut, trim, and portion fish products using knives and other cutting tools - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure quality and freshness of products - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils - Assist in inventory management and stock rotation - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow - Adhere to all food industry regulations and guidelines Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Ability to use knives and other cutting tools safely and effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Excellent teamwork and communication skills Note:
