Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator
Orthodontic Centers of Missouri Orthodontic Centers of Missouri Fenton, MO Fenton, MO Full-time Full-time $18 - $24 an hour $18 - $24 an hour Responsibilities - Greet and welcome patients at the front desk - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments - Check-in patients, verify insurance information - Assist with dental receptionist duties, including updating patient records - Manage office supplies and inventory - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, and filing - Ensure a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications - Previous experience working in a medical office or dental receptionist role is preferred - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.
