We are looking for a highly creative and collaborative individual to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and looking for a fast-paced environment to flex their creative prowess.
From creating merchandise concepts, to story telling to spending time helping capture training footage -- this job is a unique opportunity to jump in the creative & defense industry.
This position will work with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Photography & Videography Produce visually stunning and compelling images.
Utilize appropriate lighting, angles, and composition techniques.
Create and develop video content for websites and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
Select props and other materials as needed for individual shoots.
Archive photographs & videos and maintain databases.
Image Editing and Retouching Edit and retouch photographs using industry standard software to enhance their visual appeal while maintaining the authenticity of the products.
Ensure color accuracy and correct any imperfections.
Retouch, resize, and be able to edit all content for respective platforms.
Edit video and audio Collaboration Work closely with our internal Design and Communications teams to understand the specific requirements for each project and deliver images that align with the marketing objectives.
Collaborate to brainstorm and execute innovative concepts for photo and video shoots.
Ability to multitask and communicate with team Collaborate with project teams (internally and externally) to produce assets Assists in creating and producing marketing collateral:
creation of flyers, manuals, catalogs, sales sheets, and other sales supported material Other duties and projects as assigned by management What We're Looking For Strong follow-up, follow-through, and attention to detail to ensure deadlines are met Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Effective time management and organizational skills Positive and collaborative attitude Qualifications Degree in Journalism, photography, graphic design or related experience preferred 2
years in a professional marketing environment with hands-on experience Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe InDesign Portfolio of creative works to showcase Why work with us?
