We are looking to fill this position immediately! Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Assisting Doctors in patient care, assisting Massage therapist, applying modalities, taking X-Rays, directing patients to maintain efficient office flow and checking patients in and out.
Front desk duties include:
Having a general knowledge of standard office procedures and office equipment, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, account set up and coordination of patient appointments and collecting payments and general cleaning.
Insurance coordinator:
Responsible for obtaining insurance benefits and understanding patients chiropractic benefits and disputing any insurance issues.
Candidates must have the following to be qualified:
High energy, friendly, outgoing and detail oriented.
Ability to collaborate with doctors, office staff and patients.
Have a desire to learn about overall health and wellness.
Must be well-mannered and always maintain a professional demeanor.
Must be punctual and have reliable transportation.
Compensation is based on experience Hours:
