We are seeking a full-time Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Sales Representative with Personal Lines insurance experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with billing and coverage changes Identify customer needs and market appropriate products Quote new and renewal personal lines coverage with multiple insurance companies Cross-sell all lines of insurance to new and existing customers Educate and assist customers regarding policy terms and coverages Update customer information in the agency database during and after each interaction Stay up to date on new company products and service Benefits Health benefits Paid time off Hourly plus bonus 401k Profit sharing Job
Qualifications:
Property and Casualty licensed Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment Solid computer, phone, grammar and communication skills Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills Willingness to learn new products and services Great customer service skills Job Type:
