The Communication Center office is located in the Sky Zone Fairview Heights, IL location AND the Sky Zone Fenton, MO location.
Agents are able to choose which office they want to work out of.
Duties of a Communication Center Agent include answering general information questions, booking birthday parties and group events, making outbound confirmation calls, using our texting app to contact guests, handling guests complaints and communicating with the in park team.
Previous Call Center experience is preferred, but not required.
Looking for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills! All agents earn commission on top of hourly rate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
