Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).
Greeting and directing customers as they enter the store.
Providing accurate information (e.

Answering customers' questions about specific products/services.
Ensure shelves & racks are fully stocked and straightened.
Manage returns of merchandise.
Provide customer feedback to the store's management team.
Stay up to date with new products/services.
Physically able to move, stand, reach, and grab for multiple consecutive hours (may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders).
Ability to lift and carry products; up to 50 lbs.
