The #1 Chevy Dealer in Missouri is looking for a self motivated, highly organized individual with great communication skills to join their Service Department team!! This position is incentive based.
The representative would be responsible for generating service appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet and by phone.
Other opportunities include following up on missed appointments and reaching out to existing customers.
The representative must be able to respond in a prompt and precise manner and must be able to operate the company's CRM software.
Must be customer service oriented, energetic, and have a strong work ethic.
Potential candidate must be able to work until 6pm on some weeknights.
Fantastic career potential!!! Previous experience preferred, but not required.
Job Duties and
Qualifications:
Generate Service Appointments Generate potential sales appointments Respond to internet inquiries quickly and accurately Input all customer data into the CRM and appointment scheduling software Be able to navigate the dealerships CRM system and appointment scheduling software Perform any other job related duties as assigned Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls, internet leads, and follow up lists Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Benefits include Health and 401K Job Type:
