Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Accounting Clerk McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere construction & forestry dealership group with 15 locations throughout the Midwest, has an opening for an Accounting Clerk at our Regional 2 Office in Fenton, MO.
Job responsibilities include:
Processing and tracking John Deere payables Reconciling John Deere and other vendor statements Researching and following up on other items as needed.
Collaborating with managers in the field to direct the accounts payable process Responding to vendor inquiries Review of incoming checks Payment application and working with branch locations for daily deposits Customer liaison and follow up Ideal candidates will have some post-secondary education or 1-2 years of experience in the accounts receivable and payable function.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately are critical to success in this position.
