Presently we are seeking a Process Engineer for an industry leading manufacturing and distribution company located in Missouri. These are new positions, created to keep pace with the growth of the facility. The targeted salary is $60-70K with excellent benefits. Responsibilities:
Organize & Run processing trials for both materials and product development
Develop & Run Design of Experiments
Program robots for optimum cycle time and Training Production Staff as needed
Lead troubleshooting and develop permanent corrective action for various product defects
Lead continuous improvement teams for cycle time & scrap reduction
Support with production for start up, shut down
Lead corrective action teams for root cause analysis and permanent corrective action procedures
Analyze , develop and implement work station layouts for labor optimization
Lead New Product Development APQP meetings
Lead New Product/Customer Quote Inquires as required

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Plastic Engineering or related field highly preferred
Minimum of 10 years in processing engineering experience
Experience with housekeeping, 6S, and/or in Lean activities
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Expectations:
Run a safe and clean operation to prevent accidents
Work overtime as required to complete all required tasksEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
